Who is responsible for the processing
ArgentinaXP.com (hereinafter, “ArgentinaXP”, “the site”, or “we”) is responsible for the processing of personal data collected via argentinaxp.com.
This Policy describes what data we collect, for what purpose, for how long, and what your rights are. It is governed by the Data Protection Act 25.326 and its Regulatory Decree 1558/2001.

2. What data do we collect
Advertiser Details:
- Identifying details first name and surname, date of birth, document number and type (ID card, passport or driving licence), nationality, and the document’s serial number.
- Visual verification data Initial check video and monthly verification videos.
- Contact Details: email and phone (if provided by the Advertiser).
- Advertising data stage name, description, photos and videos to be posted, general location (neighbourhood or city), profession, date and time of publication.
- Email communications maintained with ArgentinaXP throughout the relationship.
- Membership payment: ArgentinaXP it does not store card data or payment methods..
B) Visitor Details:
- Language selected and strictly necessary cookies for the site's operation (see point 8).
- ArgentinaXP it does not collect or conserve IP address, device identifiers, browser, nor activity logs of anonymous visitors through its own system.
C) Third-party data communicated to us:
- Email, message content and any information the person chooses to share when reporting content, making a complaint or submitting a request.
3. Why we process your data (purposes)
The data collected is used exclusively for:
- Verify identity and legal age of the Advertiser before and during the term of the notice.
- Post and manage the advert hired.
- Manage collections of memberships and issue operational communications.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and claims received through the channels of point 13.
- Meet legal obligations, especially those resulting from legitimate judicial or police requests.
- Prevent, detect and investigate criminally punishable conduct described in the Terms and Conditions.
We do not use your data for third-party advertising, commercial profiling, or sale to data brokers.
4. Legal basis for processing
- Express consent of the holder, provided on registration and acceptance of this Policy and the Terms and Conditions (Arts. 5 and 7 Law 25.326).
- Execution of the advertising contract between the Advertiser and ArgentinaXP.
- Compliance with legal obligations (cooperation with authorities, crime prevention).
- Legitimate interest to ensure site security and prevent illicit conduct (Art. 5, Subsection 2, Law 25.326).
Consent may be withdrawn at any time in accordance with point 10, without retroactive effect on treatments already carried out.
5. How long do we keep data for?

Once the deadlines have passed, the data is permanently deleted.
6. Who accesses your data
Access to personal data is limited to:
- Authorised personnel from ArgentinaXP, subject to duty of confidentiality.
- Technology suppliers strictly necessary: hosting, email services, payment processors. These providers act as data processors in accordance with Article 25 of Law 25.326 and are contractually bound to confidentiality and the agreed purpose.
- Judicial or police authorities Argentina, exclusively upon formal and legitimate request (warrants, digital searches).
- Competent authorities, without prior requirement, in cases of reporting crimes against minors and human trafficking, in accordance with the duty of collaboration provided for in Law 26.061 and Law 26.842.
We never sell, rent or lease personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
7. International Transfers
Some technology providers (hosting, email, payment processors) may be based outside of Argentina. In those cases:
- When the transfer is directed to countries with an adequate level of protection recognised by the AAIP (e.g. European Union countries or the United Kingdom), no additional authorisation is required.
- When the transfer is directed to countries without an adequate level, it is carried out based on the consent of the data subject and through contractual clauses that ensure a level of protection equivalent to that of Law 25.326, in accordance with the Disposition AAIP 60/2016.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
ArgentinaXP uses strictly necessary cookies for the site to function:
- Session and preferences to keep your session active and remember your selected language.
- Basic third-party cookies inherent to the technical platform hosting the site.
You can configure your browser to reject, delete, or be warned about cookies. This may affect the site's functionality.
9. Safety measures
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, loss or improper disclosure, in accordance with Article 9 of Law 25,326 and the recommendations of the AAIP:
- Secure storage of verification documents.
- Restricted access to authorised personnel.
- Secure connections (HTTPS / TLS).
- Permanent deletion upon expiry of retention periods.
In the event of a relevant security incident, ArgentinaXP will notify affected data subjects and the AAIP in accordance with current regulations.
10. Your rights as a data subject
In accordance with Articles 14 to 16 of Law 25.326 and Article 43 of the National Constitution (habeas data), you may at any time exercise the following rights:
- Access to know what of your data we process, for what purpose and to whom it is communicated. Free every six months.
- Correction: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Update: modify data that has changed.
- Suppression request the erasure of their data when it is no longer necessary, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.
- Confidentiality: that your data is only used for the stated purposes.
- Opposition to object to treatment in specific cases.
- Revocation of consent withdraw consent at any time, without retroactive effect.
11. How to exercise your rights
Send an email to [email protected] from the registered email address, stating:
- The right that you wish to exercise.
- Your identifying details (name, type and number of document).
- In your case, a copy of an identification document to confirm ownership.
24 horas 10 consecutive days for the right of access and within the 5 working days for the rights of rectification, updating and deletion, in accordance with Articles 14 and 16 of Law 25.326.
If you do not receive a response or are not satisfied with it, you may lodge a complaint with the Access to Information Agency (AAIP) to initiate the habeas data action provided for in art. 43 of the National Constitution and arts. 33 et seq. of Law 25.326.
12. Minors
ArgentinaXP is an adult site. We do not process the personal data of individuals under 18 years of age under any circumstances. If we detect that data from a minor has been collected, we delete it immediately and proceed in accordance with the protocol described in the Company Policy and Terms and Conditions.
Anyone who suspects a minor is using or appearing on the site can report it to [email protected].
13. Amendments
This Policy may be updated to reflect changes in our practices or applicable regulations. The current version is the one published on this page, with the last updated date at the beginning. Substantial changes will be notified to active Advertisers via the registered email.
