ArgentinaXP.com is an online advertising directory where adults, of legal age and independently, contract spaces to promote their professional services as escorts, masseurs, or adult content creators. These are our company policies: the principles that govern how we operate, what we accept, and what we reject without exception.
1. What we are and what we are not
We are a Advertising notice platform. Our activity is limited to hosting, displaying and maintaining the advertisements that each advertiser voluntarily and independently creates.
- We are not an agency, intermediary, representative, or employer.
- We do not coordinate, organise, promote or participate in any meetings, services or transactions that advertisers agree with third parties.
- We do not receive commissions, royalties or percentages on advertisers' activity. Our sole income comes from payment for advertising space.
- We do not encourage anyone to pursue these professions or to move to other provinces or jurisdictions.
Zero tolerance for minors
The presence of minors under 18 on our platform—as advertisers, in visual content, or as users—is absolutely forbidden.
- All advertisers must prove they are of legal age by presenting a valid National Identity Document (DNI). Without verification, there will be no publication.
- Any suspicion or report of material linked to child sexual abuse is immediately removed, preserved, and reported to the competent authorities.
- We comply with Law 26.061 (Integral Protection of the Rights of Girls, Boys and Adolescents), articles 128 and 129 of the Criminal Code, and the Convention on the Rights of the Child (with constitutional hierarchy in Argentina).
3. Zero tolerance for human trafficking and exploitation
We absolutely reject any form of trafficking, exploitation, coercion or servitude.
- Every advertisement reflects an activity Volunteer and independent. We do not host profiles managed by third parties that exercise control over the advertiser.
- We comply with Law 26,842 (Prevention and Sanction of Human Trafficking), articles 145 bis and 145 ter of the Penal Code, and the Palermo Protocol (ratified by Argentina).
- We cooperate with the Judiciary, security forces and the Executive Committee for the Fight against Trafficking in persons, in response to formal requests.
- Anyone who is a victim of trafficking, or who detects it on our platform, can contact us through the channels in point 13 or call Line 145 (free, anonymous and national).
4. Consent and digital violence
All content published must belong to the advertiser or have their permission express, free and verifiable consent.
- We do not publish images or videos of people without their consent.
- We immediately remove non-consensual intimate content upon receiving a verifiable report, in line with the Law 27.736 (Olimpia Law) and Law 26.485 on Comprehensive Protection for Women.
- The victim always retains the right to request to leave without needing to provide a reason and without delay.
5. Identity and age verification
Before publishing, each advertiser goes through a verification process that includes:
- Valid Argentinian DNI or equivalent identity document.
- A visual comparison between the foto graphs to be published, a verification video and the document.
- Confirmation of reaching the age of majority.
Important: The verification ensures that the person in the advertisement matches the individual who requested it. No guarantees the veracity of other information in the advertisement (stage name, availability, service description) nor that the same person will attend a meeting arranged with a third party.
6. Privacy and personal data protection
We process personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 25.326 and to the provisions of the Access to Information Agency (AAIP).
Every person, whether an advertiser or a user, may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, update and deletion by writing to our contact.
- The termination of an advertisement is immediate, free and without conditions.
- We never sell, rent or lease personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
- We only keep data for as long as is necessary to provide the service or as required by current regulations.
7. Intellectual Property
We respect copyright, trademarks and image rights in accordance with the Copyright Law 11.723 and Article 31 of the Civil and Commercial Code (right to one's own image). Complaints for misuse are processed with content removal and notification to the advertiser.
8. Cybercrime and security
We are applying the provisions of the Law 26.388 on Computer Crimes. We do not tolerate improper access to systems, fraud, identity theft, or the dissemination of malware on our platform. We report all suspicious activity to the authorities.
9. No discrimination
We do not accept content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination based on gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, nationality, disability, or any other condition. We adhere to the Act 23.592 (Discriminatory Acts) and already Law 26.743 (Gender Identity).
10. Moderation and reports
Any person – advertiser, user or third party – may report content they consider unlawful or contrary to these policies through the channels in point 13.
- Notifications are reviewed by real people within reasonable timeframes.
- Any removal decision can be appealed by the affected advertiser.
- In urgent cases (CSAM, trafficking, non-consensual intimate content) removal is a priority.
11. Cooperation with authorities
We cooperate with Argentine judicial, police, and administrative authorities when requests are legitimate, well-founded, and formally notified (court orders, tax requests, AAIP orders, etc.). This cooperation is carried out while respecting due process and the fundamental rights of data subjects.
12. Update to these policies
We review these policies at least once a year, or when a regulatory change requires it. The last updated date is shown at the beginning of the document.
