Cancellation Policy

I understand that unforeseen events can arise, so I have a flexible cancellation policy to protect both your time and mine.

— Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance: If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance of your appointment, your deposit will be rescheduled for a future date within the next 30 days. No refunds are given.

— Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice: If cancellation occurs with less than 48 hours notice, you will unfortunately lose the full deposit, as it will be difficult to rearrange my schedule in that time.

— No-Show: In the event of a no-show for your appointment and no advance notice, 100% of the booked time will be charged. This includes the full amount of our scheduled time plus an additional cancellation fee.

— Rescheduling: Rescheduling is welcome as long as it is done at least 48 hours in advance. The deposit will be transferred to the new appointment, with no additional costs.

— Cancellation on my part: In the unlikely event that I must cancel our appointment, I will refund your full deposit or, if you prefer, we can reschedule for a future date that is convenient for you.
